My 15 years implementing successful projects at Fortune 500 companies taught me that technology transformations succeed or fail based on three things: people, processes, and effective change management. With my technical background (B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Rice University) and strategic operations expertise (M.B.A. in Continuous Improvement, University of Michigan), I bring proven methods to guide nonprofits through technology changes by focusing on what actually makes them stick.
